Collection: John Gould Bird Collection

Known as "The Bird Man", John Gould was able to publish series of large hand-coloured lithographs that have not been surpassed to this day.  Gould had an excellent eye for detail, and closely supervised the work of his lithographers. All original works were sold coloured. 

Our John Gould Bird Print Collection series are some of his finest work, reproduced from the 1930s to 1950s.
